What Causes Vertigo With Hand Tremors?

I had a head rush accompanied by my hands shaking violently & uncontrollably. I had just stood up & was pulling my hair back into a ponytail when it happened. I have head rushes occasionally, but never before with my hands shaking like this. Is this something I should be worried about?
