Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
High BP and Pain in chest & stomach are two separate problems.
High BP with normal investigations and especially old age is due to either atherosclerosis or essential hypertension( 95 Percent Hypertension is of essential type). However single reading is not sufficient in the absence of end organ damage like stroke, MI or acute renal failure; this condition is called emergency . If first reading was more than 220/135 then it's called urgency and patient is started on long term antihyertensive therapy.
Both urgency and emergency needs long term antihypertensive therapy.
Occasional rise of blood Pressure needs atleast weekly measurement of Blood pressure for atleast 4 weeks. If it is persistently above 140/90 then patient should be started on long term antihypertensive therapy.
Pain in chest & stomach is due to gastritis. Take PPI like esomeprazole 40mg daily for atleast 15 days and Syrup Sucrulfate (ulsanic) 2 TSF three times a day for atleast ten days.
Drink atleast 8-12 glasses of water per day. Sleep in prop up position. Take dinner early in the evening.
Hope it helps best.
