What Causes Very Light Bleeding And Spotting?

Hi, im concern because i have been bleeding very lightly for a little over a month, at first i thought it was my period because it started the same as always but as days past blood never really came down i was only spotting, now it started to come after about 3 or 4 weeks but its very light and orange like, i dont know whats wrong with me
