What Causes Very Sensitive Skin?
I have been experiencing very sensitive skin. It has become extremely tender to touch. Right now the area on my left side of my face feels like someone has rubbed sandpaper all over it. a few weeks before it was on my neck...same sensitivity. A few week =before that was for at least 3 months on my tops of my feet. Causing extreme pain wearing shoes. I haven t changed any detergents or soaps to cause any reactions. I am not on my medication what so ever, So I know its not a side affect of medications. Can you advise me of what may cause my skin to become so extra sensitive? Thank you for any of your help in this matter.

i have gone through your query . Have you done any skin treatment recently like chemical peel or anything ??
Avoid using harsh soaps .
you can use ,cetaphil cleanser n body wash .
Apply , Momtas cream two times per day for 10 days .
Apply , Alokem gel + calamine lotion ,mix both n apply 2-3 times per day.
you can use cetaphil moisturising cream 2-3 times per day .
Apply zoray aquagel ,20 min before going out in sun
Tab Ener C 1000 mg dissolvable tab early morning empty stomach.
avaoid direct exposure to sun .
