What Causes Very Slight Discharge With No Menstrual Cycle After Uterine Ablation?

I had a uterine ablation in august. Did not have any periods after. In November I had some very slight brown discharge. Now today I have it again. Only when I urinate I notice it when I wipe. I do have a slight cramping. And feel slight nausea. Otherwise ok.
