What Causes Vibrating Feeling On Bottom Of Foot?

Please type your quey here...hi I been having a vibrating sensation on the bottom of my left foot first it lasted for 3 months then it went away now after almost a month it's back but in a different part of the bottom of my foot first it was the bottom top part now it's the bottom side I have diabetes and high blood pressure and I started medication 1 month ago I can't figure out what's causing it I'm also 43 yrs old
