What Causes Vibrating Sensation In Groin And Thigh?

I am a 27 ye old female who has been experiencing vibrating sensations in my right groin and thigh area. It feels like my phone is vibrating in my pocket for a couple seconds than goes away. It's been off and on since this am. can you help me figure out what this is? No pain with it at all.
