What Causes Vibration Like Sensation Around Pelvic Area?

i have been feeling a vibration around my pelvic/lower bowel area for some time and have had a lot of bloating and pain off and on for a while now. i had a colonoscopy back in november as i have crohns disease and all was clear. what could this vibration feeling be?
