What Causes Vibrations And Muscle Twitches On Left Thigh?

I was curious able vibration in left thigh, which has been going on off and on for a week or so. Feels somewhat similar to muscle twitches, but can't be felt with hand touching leg, the way a twitch would be. That's why I'd refer to it as a vibration feeling. Wanted to make sure it's not potentially anything serious such as blood clot forming, etc. Thanks.
