What Causes Vibrations On Thighs And Chest?

over the last week, I felt a few times a vibration in my thigh that went on for a few seconds, no pain, just annoying. Today I felt twice similar short vibrations close to my chest or hand. I noticed that after these occurrences today, I had a high blood pressure for 1 to a few minutes after the vibration (as if I did some exercise or was running). Am 29 years old.
