What Causes Violent Shaking And Dizziness In Children?

My 10 year old daughter keeps complaining of shakiness and dizziness. She seems pale in color but has no fever and seems to be walking and talking ok. What could be causing her to shake and feel nervous about it? She seems worried about what s going on with herself.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The shaking and dizziness in children indicate possible issues with different types of systems as:
- Low hemoglobin
- Central nervous system disorders as pre epileptic features changes in the intra cranial pressure via various reasons as hydrocephalus or others

A detailed neurologic assessment is mandatory with an expert pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
