This shiver has not yet stopped. I feel very dizzy and weak. Also very sick though I haven t been sick. I am insure on what to do?
normally shivering will occur in cold temperature and in some high grade feverchills will lead to shivering.
going to bed with normal condition and getting up with shivering in the mid of the sleep seems to be some temperature variation in your room atmosphere.
as you says feel very dizzy and weak and sick possibility of any fever with infectious origin or some metabolic cause. kindly consult a physician to rule out the problem.
thank you hope i answered your query.
