What Causes Visible Blue Colored Veins In The Right Arm And Chest?

HI. I have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. Today, the veins in my right arm and chest became very pronounced, big and blue, with a bruising area off of one of them, my heart races and the right side of my chest hurts, and I don t know what to do. I am on baby aspirin, have yet to get started on additional meds for aps. When this happens, should I go in?
