What Causes Visible Dark Veins After Shower On Inner Arms And Hands?

I am a 27 year old male and I have noticed the veins on my inner arm and hands are more visable than normal and that at time they go very dark blue/green and my palm looks very dark, this happened when i got out of the shower and also last night but then goes back to normal. i have a few ache's and pains aswell.

So far as your narration of veins after shower is concerned it is related to body`s perfusion response to certain parts on exposure to cold / hot water,it`s not related to any pathology or underlying problem.
