What Causes Visible Pumping Of Artery In My Neck?

I tried to hang myself about 1 month ago. I tied the rope very tightly around my neck that I almost couldn't breathe and I was standing on my toes, I was about to jump. I was choking for quite long time, my heart was beating insanely fast. But I didn't jump. Since then I have black bags under my eyes. Also 2 weeks ago my body began to get very cold, especially limbs, also one night I noticed that my stomach was ice cold, even my stomach, I have lost a big amount of weight and I started to feel big pressure in my head also flutting in my head and neck, even my face hurts. I notice that artery in my neck is very visibly pumping and my heart rate is fast. Could I have damage my neck vessels or is it just my organism coping with stress?

During hanging there could have occurred some damage to neck vessels and veins over the face become engorged.Eyes bulge out.Brain suffers ischaemia.All the body organs are affected.Ecchymosis or black eyes are result of hanging.
