What Causes Visible Veins On Upper Body?

I am a 58 year old female and recently, I noticed that the veins in upper body (chest, sides of abdomen) have become very visible. I am not overweight. I recently started exercising after 6 months of being pretty sedentary. Also, I was recently diagnosed with Preventricular contractions but my doctor said they were benign.

HI,Dear,Welcome to HCM.
Based on the facts and data of your query,you Seem suffer from following causes-
Could be just post-exertional hypervascularization/or could be a sign of some SOL in thorax.As your are not obese,abdominal cause is ruled out.
There are many causes academically,which would increase your anxiety only,as these are not the possibilities with your case.
Chest CT with Chest Surgeons opinion would resolve your issues.
Don't worry till then.
So Other causes need to be ruled out by Second opinion from your doctor which would help you to plan treats in future.
