What Causes Vision Blackouts And Headache?

I was seen in the ER because I blacked out while driving and was unable to move or speak for an hour. I had and EKG, CT Scan (Head) Chest X Ray, blood work and supposedly everything was ok. It has been 4 days and I am having a hard time understanding when someone talks to me or when I read. When I speak to others my words sound foreign to me and I question whether I am using the right words. I have to read what I am typing and am still not sure if I am using the right words. I have had a headache since the episode. I feel peculiar. I have never felt this.

I really appreciate your concern, if the test are unremarkable then what the symptoms you have could be due to some nonspecific reasons and it may not be due to any disease so it is nothing to worry, if it is the headache then it may be due to tension or depression hope this information helps.
