General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear patient!
Welcome to HCM!

Diabetes gives changes in blood vessels of many organs in the body when it's not controlled for a long time.

He may cause eye cataract (which is irreversible, retinal damages, which are also irreversible).

Have you done any consultation with the ophtalmologist? If not you have to book an appointment to check you vision and the eye inside.

Take under control the diabetes and the cholesterol too. Eat healthy, and walk every day at least 40 mintues.

Take care!
Best Regards!
Dr Eriol.
