What Causes Vision Disorders?

in the past 3 weeks, I have developed diminished vision in both of my eyes. I have ringing in my left ear and a full feeling in my head. I can t focus on objects, especially when I m driving. Stores with bright lights are especially bothersome. I all of a sudden feel like I m in a fog or a dream. Two eye doctors say my eyes are healthy and a neurologist says this is caused from ocular migraines, as I also recently had floaters in front of my eyes right before all of this started. He has prescribed Nortryptilene but I don t know how this is going to help my vision. I m so scared and want to get back to my life as I have 2 kids to raise and this is very debilitating.
