Hi! I have been suffering breathing problem when I particularly we work with my laptop...at the same time since last few weeks I cant see things very clearly..my room seems very dark....again when I sleep I feel panic and getting problems in breathing...I am taking the medicine for lowering cholosterol

after prolong computer use one can have computer vision syndrome. it is mainly dry eyes. use a antiglaire specs. apply artificial tear eye drop in between. in between take break and blink your eyes.
