What Causes Visual Impairment After Cataract Surgery?

greg, 56 yrs old. i had a cataract removal operation with my right eye yesterday. today, in my visit to my doctor, the cover was removed but i cant see anything, no figures but just dark shadow. my doctor said there s a problem due to my high blood pressure. i am again scheduled tomorrow in the operating room for a certain procedure. my doctor said he will clean my operated eye. i would like to know and to get ideas from other doctors too. thank you.
