Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that your four year old daughter is having refractive error in the form of myopic astigmatism as she is wearing cylindrical minus lenses.
The increased blinking may actually indicate decreased vision and she is trying to see the things clearly by sequeezing her eyes.
Hence this requires eye check up with a ophthalmologist or optometrist to look for the refractive error and any changes and correction appropriately.
Hence I advice you to consult your optometrist or ophthalmologist for examination.

Thank you
