What Causes Voice Hoarseness And Ear Pressure Despite Taking Antibiotics?
Hi, I have hashimotos and celiac disease. I had strep throat on March 25th. Had two rounds of antibiotics. I feel much better now except my throat is very sore and i have ear pressure and my voice is very hoarse. I am not sure why i am not getting better, My endocrinologist says my levels are within normal range. What could be causing this?

Hi..can understand your concern. As per your query you may have upper respiratory tract infection and infection in eustachian tube which can produce feeling of pressure in ear and hoarse voice..... According to my advice you should do hot saline rinses as well as use of an ear drops like ciplox2-3 times a day.Since other levels are normal,you should not worry about it.I hope the information helps you.take care.
