Hi Dear , As per your query you have voice hoarseness and dry cough along with feeling of sore throat . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acid reflux , sore throat due toviral or bacterial infection . In your case it seems me that the reasons for symptoms is acid reflux . I would suggest you to avoid spicy and heavy meal specially at night , eat one hour before going to bed , take antacid after every meal , do warm saline gargles and take light walk after every meal . Con sult gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order endoscopy of upper digestive track , X-ray to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe H2 blocker , proton pump inhibitor or may refer you to ENT specialist if he/she find problem to be related with upper respiratory track infection .
