What Causes Voice Problem?

I have had CHF for about two years, recently got ICD.
I am a radio announcer and have noticed a marked change in my voice.
Constantly clearing my voice and unable to reach the lower tones.

What is it ? End stage ? Does end stage mean what it appears to mean?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Ur problems seem to be related more to ur profession than to CHF.. Hoarseness is quite common in people of ur profession due to voice over use.. It d be advisable to see a ent specialist so that he can rule out any laryngeal pathology which would be easily curable too rather than thinking of CHF at this stage.. By the way its good to hear u re working at the age of 64..!
