What Causes Voices In The Head?

i have sinosite and my LDLcolestrol in my blood is 240.now i consume valpravate sodium orlept for my disease.i did odiometry for my ear not problem in its result.but when i input my finger to my ear or when my head on bed i touch voice in my head.can you help me?thanks
