HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have acute gastritis which is inflammation of the stomach.

This can occur from infection or due to some foods (Spicy, acidic, fatty foods).

This would be associated with the bloating or full sensation that you are experiencing.

You may want to consider the use of reflux medications to help with the bloating.
In addition avoid the types of foods mentioned above, use small meals.

The short term use of probiotics may also help.

I hope this helps

Hi Shafaq, thanks for posting the concern in HCM.
Firstly, nausea, abdominal fulness, loss of appetite may be due to numerous problems. These are- liver disease, Gall bladder pathology, Peptic ulcer disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia, SIBO or irritable bowel syndrome, enteritis, giardiasis, H pylori infection etc.
Therefore clinical examination by a gastroenterologist is needed along with a few tests.
Complete blood count, urea, creatinine, LFT, electrolytes
USG whole abdomen
Urine routine examination
Stool routine examination and OBT
For the time being you may follow the below mentioned advice -
Plenty of oral fluid and water.
Small meals at frequent interval
Avoid empty stomach
Avoid spices, junk food, carbonated beverages, alcohol and tobacco.
Tab Rabifast XL one tab before breakfast for 10 days
Enterogermina oral suspension one such twice daily for 15 days
Tab Zofer MD 8mg SOS for vomiting
