General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
It could be a gastroesophageal reflux disease that cause vomiting after the meal.
Better to consult the Gastroenterologist and rule out the any ulcer and severe esophagitis by endoscopy and some blood tests for H.Pylori like urea breath test and antibody against the H.pylorui.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet esmoprazole 30 minutes before meal for 3 week
Tablet metoclopramide at the bed time
Capsule sporolac for better digestion
Avoid: spicy/oily food, alcohol, smoking.
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga.
Avoid stress.
Hope this may help you
