What Causes Vomiting After Eating Solid Food?

hello doctor good evening, my baby just completed his sixth month a week before. therefore to start a solid food for him i gave cerelac rice. after having it he was normal for two hours. later he started vomiting continuously for few hours and became too tired. why its happening. kindly explain
