What Causes Vomiting After Head Injury In A Child?

Hi sir my 5 month old child fall down by sitting and hit on the head yesterday i visit peadiatrician. He examined and said nothing to wory bring your cchild if she vomits@ didnt play but today my child split up little curd like vomits while burping for 2 times is this vomiting should i need to visit the pediatrician.
