Monday night at about 9 PM. my 6 year old granddaughter fell and hit the back of her head very hard. She looked acted very strange afterwards so we took her to the ER. They said she seemed fine but to watch her for certain things, such as vomiting. She seemed fine all day today other than having a headache. Now she is vomiting. Should we take her back to the ER?
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your grand daughter is having symptoms of vomiting following head injury. We need to consider concussion injury to the brain when there is vomiting following head injury.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
