What Causes Vomiting After Running Long Distance?

Hello, today I ran 3 miles for PT. I normally run this every other day, but the past few weeks I ve been throwing up afterwards. Today I threw up a very dark color. I had nothing in my stomach other than this dark liquid. As soon as I threw up I had gotten really bad heart burn. I have no idea what the cause of this is.

one thing is youare having hyperacidity. look for whether it is hematemesis. get it examined by gatroenterologist. ultrasound abdomen may have tobe taken.
