What Causes Vomiting After Taking Clarithromycin And Metronidazole?

Hello doctor, A brief history about me. I am 34 years male with no previous health issues. My wife (25 y/o) got pregnant within a month after our attempt. It ended with missed miscarriage after 10 weeks. We were on birth control for about 6 months after this miscarriage. We resumed our normal sex life without contraceptive after that. She could not conceive for about a year now. We both went for fertility testing. She is OK with all tests whereas I was found having azoospermia. It is a shock for me. My results shows fructose negative, 2.7 ml volume, alkaline, as well high FSH (approx. 44) and high LH level. I don t know whether there is any blockage in me. My doctor suggested ICSI with testicular sperm extraction but only with 10% of chance for finding the sperm. I wonder how within one year i became azoospermic? Can you please suggest whether I can go for further testing to get evaluation of my azoospermic causes and to get sperm for successful TESE?

Hello,

I think you can get another fertility test. It seems a bit unbelievable to get azoospermic within a year, but your testicles might be the culprit as long as FSH and LH were found high. I think should repeat testing.

And of course, you should get your testicles checked for abnormality with a urologist.
