General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sometimes it is difficult to tolerate clarithromycin which can cause such symptoms. I will advise you to stop these drugs and discuss with your doctor to switch over to another antibiotics. Till then you can continue with nexium alone. You will be alright in a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
