What Causes Vomiting After Taking Unwanted 72?

Hello Doc, My girlfriend & me making love in last month 14th July with protection, but that time once we did sex without protection & she take unwanted 72 within 15 minutes. Also vomiting after sometimes that night. Now, 32 days later she doesn t any symptoms of periods. Her normal date is 10th of every month. Can you please suggest us what should we do? Can unwanted 72 delay period or she doesn t properly intake the pills that night? Thanks & Regards R. Bose

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Vomiting is due to side effect of the unwanted 72 as it contain high progesterone (increased the reflux and relax the smooth muscle of gastrointestinal tract).
Ideally, if vomiting occur after pill then another tablet should be taken to prevent the pregnancy.

Period may be delayed by 7-8 days by unwanted 72 due to prolongation of second phase of cycle. Wait for period to come.
If period will not come by 12-14 days then confirm the pregnancy by urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG.
If pregnancy will be there then still you can terminate it by abortion pill under the advice of gynecologist.
