What Causes Vomiting Along With Chest Pain, Dizziness And Headache?

Hi DR. Andrew, im taking care of a 14 year old female patient, with the symptoms: vomiting, chest pain, dizziness, headache. i am unable to perform a physical exam at this time, and have no vitals. about 4 days ago, she had an energy drink, and hasnt been fgeeling well since.

It can be GERD ..

Energy Drink might have Precipitated

All the Symptoms are just manifestations of

GE Reflux Disease..

If Fever present Blood and Urine Reports needed.

She Needs Ofloxacin Orinidazole and Omeprazole.
If Severe Vomiting Inj Ondensetron will do
