What Causes Vomiting Along With Constipation And Stomach Ache?

my 12 years old son has been throwing up and had bad stomach problems for a year now. we told that it was constipation but we have been on this clean out for a year now and he is still throwing up 3+ times a week. whole body is tender to the touch with horrible upper tummy pain

Persistent vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain in 12 year old child are commonly seen with intestinal obstruction. So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done ultrasound, CT scan of abdomen, upper and lower GI (gastrointestinal) scopy to find out level of obstruction and cause for the same.
