What Causes Vomiting Along With Diarrhea And Pain In The Abdomen?

My husband spent 4 days in the hospital complaining of vomiting, diarrhea, moderate to severe pain in his upper left abdomen that spread across the top of his abdomen. They couldn t find anything wrong...sent him home went back because he couldn t stand the pain in his stomach. This time more extensive tests but still couldn t find anything. He had sonogram, a couple CT scans, Hydascan, scope down his throat, colonoscopy, a digestive test on his small intestines and another one on the large intestines. Nothing showed abnormal except one time his bilirubin was up to 1.7 Went back to normal range the next day. Spent 5 days in there this time but no diagnosis and now he is home still in pain with no answers again.

have undergone extensive investigation. it does not appear to have been advised by doctor. what's is drinking and smoking habit. consult gastroenterologist and go for endoscopy.take bland diet. refrain from taking alcohol and smoking. take fresh fruits and vegetable. avoid fast food and deep fried things.gtstooland urine routine examination done. look for amoebiosis and uti. can take tab omiprazol and-course of metrogyl.forpain abdomen can take tab buscopan.
