What Causes Vomiting Along With Stomachache And Diarrhea After A Head Injury?

Hey I have a weird question idk if you can answer my little boy fell and hit his head today at school around 10 this morning and hit his head and they sent a paper home saying if he got started throwing up to take him to the er. He threw up about an hr ago then again a few minutes ago he said his belly hurts and he also has diarrhea. But his ears are ringing also
