What Causes Vomiting Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Groin Area?

I have had a problem for 11 days. 11 days ago I started vomiting and had diarrhea for about 4 hours. Since then, I have had a rolling stomach and feel good for several hours at a time then get to feeling really sick for a short period of time. I do not have diarrhea now but I have swollen lymph nodes in my groin and possibly in my neck. Not sure about that. I have not had a fever or sore throat. Given my condition, I am concerned about hiv from what I have read.

it appears to be generalized lyphangitis may be viral may be having viral gastritis. it is self limiting.take tab omiprazol and bland diet. maintain hydration.
