General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of headache with vomiting and abdomen cramps are indicative of underlying intestine infection with some sort of bacteria or virus most likely.

Primary care with

- more liquid intake preferably boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water homemade fresh juices avoid aerated commercial drinks
- prefer bland vegan diet avoid spices, non-veg
- proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole and antiemetic as ondansetron tablet to be taken with sips of water on an empty stomach

Later if symptoms persist, antibiotic preference of consultant and further evaluation with lab tests or else.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
