What Causes Vomiting And Bodyache While On Panadol Osteo?

Hi Andrew, My mother has recently broken her tibia, and has been home for the past few weeks. But this morning i was awoken to her vomitting and aching all over her body. Currently she feels hot and cold, sore in the stomach (feels like gas, but doesnt need to go to the toilet). She has been taking panadol osteo and was presrcibed panadeine forte, not sure if its the mixture of tablets, or something else. Please help ASAP

The vomiting is due to gastritis caused by the Panadol Osteo and body ache is general debility or bed ridden condition related issue. Wish her fine recovery.
