What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea After Travelling?
My husband has been feeling very sick for 36 hours, with vomiting and some diahorrea. We have just returned from a week s trip to Israel and are now back in UK. He is 67 and normally in fairly good health. He has lain in bed ever since arriving home and is too ill to leave his bed. could you kindly say what you think is wrong. thank you

Hello,
I really appreciate your concern, it is could be due to traveler's diarrhea most of the time it is self limiting and care needs to be taken for hydration, if the symptoms persist for days then stool need to examined for culture sensitivity test till then "tab Ofloxacin with Tinidazole" can be tried.
