What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea Along With Dizziness?
I started vomiting about 3 days ago. my wife woke me up yesterday but i was incoherent and she said it seemed like I didnt know what I was doing. i dont even remember her waking me up. she sent me back to bed. i woke up off and on yesterday vomiting and having diarehaa. i slept most of the day yesterday. i feel dizzy and still cant hold down food. I am not sure what to do.

Start taking plenty of oral liquids not plain water. If possible use fruit juices and lemon water, ORS, coconut water etc this seems due to loss of electrolytes and fluid depletion.
