What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea In An Infant?

My 15 month old dauggter started vomiting a night ago which was followed by loose motions. The vomiting had stopped after giving her granderm syrup. She continues to have watery loose motions. A stool test has ruled out bacterial infection so the doc has only prescribed ORS, zinc, zeddot and probiotic. R these enough to help her get well ?

she is having indigetion and gastroenteritis. maintain hygiene and sanitation and hydration should be maintained ors is right. take probiotic.
