What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea In An Infant?

Hello, my daughter is 21 months old. She was throwing up on Friday, got over that and was fine over the weekend and then yesterday started with diarrhea. Could this sill be whatever bug she has just lingering around or do you think it could be something else? No one else in the household or daycare has had a virus. Thank You, Shanna McEwin
