Hi I wore a fentanyl patch for 8 hours first time putting it on it made me very ill I will never use it again I vomited all day and night and today been the next day have very black diarea is thus also from the patch ? The patch has now been off 35 hours

The first thing to know is the reason for the pain for which you have used fentanyl. Second, this is not a usual side effect of its use. Please discuss with your doctor for other causes of black stools.
