Hey my name is nesha an I was very curious about something. January 19th i had sex with my boyfriend but we used a condom and about three days later I felt very sick at work and was vomitting a lot unusally plus I had bad diarrhea right after that wasn t normal to me then a few minutes later my back was hurting I wasn t on my cycle I came on my cycle January 31 which I really don t think was my cycle because I wasn t bleeding how I normally bleed someone told me I was spotting because when I wiped it was a very light color sometimes a light red or pinkish color lately I ve been eating a lot & starting to become more tired I don t know if the condom had a hole in it or popped also my boyfriend always ask if I m tired or why I m sleepy I m not sure if is trying to tell me something or what I need help

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Vomiting and diarrhoea are suggestive of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) infection.
GIT infection can be due to bacterial or viral cause.
A clinical assessment and relevant investigations (stool examination) may be required.
Tiredness and feeling lethargic is commonly due to anemia or low hemoglobin and it is common in menstruating women.
Thus, I suggest you to get a complete hemogram with peripheral blood smear examination.
Complete hemogram and peripheral blood smear examination will determine the levels of hemoglobin and anemia if present.
Pink colored discharge can occur during ovulation.
If you are suspicious of pregnancy, you can get a urine pregnancy test done.
