What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhoea Along With Severe Sweating?
My husband has complained of feeling fatigue and tired all day. He says everything irritates his stomach. About an hour ago he started throwing up and diarrhea at the same time. He s sweating profusely and says he feels like he is going to pass out. He said he feels bloated too. What could be wrong?

Thank you for following up.Your husband obviously has acute gastroenterocolitis with intoxication, dehydration.
I suggest -
1.For vomiting-Ondansetron tablets
2.For gases and absorption of toxins-Charcoal 1tablet/10 kg
3.Cefixime 500mg 1 tablet 2 times 5 days(with antibacterial proposal).
4.Enterogermina 1 sashe 2 times for normalization of floraintestine.
5.ORS-sip every 5-10 minutes.
6.Try to keep him hydrated by giving plenty of water.
