What Causes Vomiting And Dizziness Along With Headache?


24 yr old daughter vomiting since 10:30 this am with dizzyness. HR in the low 90's. Can't keep anything down (tried gatorade, saltines, banana, water )even now. Has a headache. Should I take her to ER? She said she did not eat anything to give her food poison.

Hello,

As a rule of Thumb, if there is vomiting, headache, one has to rule out Meningitis so immediately visit an ER or nearest hospital to exclude the same.

An immediate Neurologist opinion and C.T. scan [if needed] is required, since best treatment is to address the underlying cause.
